It’s been longer than 10 business days and my approved client hasn’t received their card. What should I do?

If this happens, please send an email to visasupport@dominionlending.ca with the application ID (which is found in the DLC intranet àVisa CardsàApplication History) and the clients last name. We will do our best to get an answer back to you with the status within 24 hours.
