How do I redirect Client Manager Email Notifications from my Marketing Plans to another email address, or add an additional email address so both of us (i.e. Assistant) are receiving email notifications on my email campaigns?
- Go to Client Manager
- Click on Marketing Plans Tab
- Open each campaign category by clicking on the +Show Actions link below each campaign
- Click on the Edit button in the same row as the Notification to Broker
- Click on the Edit button in Step 6
- Add additional email addresses and separate each email with a comma.
- You will need to repeat step 4 – 6 on every email notification you want redirected or have an email address added.
