You may want a cover page designed for this document but there also may be multiple versions of this document coming out in the near future.

Please make sure you drag and drop the cover page into the combinePDF tool FIRST and then add the Change Of Space document second. This will ensure that your cover page shows up as the cover and the Change of Space document shows up afterwards in your new PDF.
