Cannot access PVS (Purview)

First off, we want to cover the process of how your PVS credentials are added to your intranet account. If you have recently started with DLC as an agent, you'll need to wait til the following week (usually the following Monday or Tuesday) to have your purview credentials setup on our end. Once this happens, you will be able to access your PVS account by clicking on the "PVS" tab at the top of the DLC intranet.

If you're running into problems accessing this system via the DLC intranet(ie the page doesn't load properly) then it is advised that you try to use a different web browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. 

If you are still having problems accessing PVS, please submit a support request and we'd be happy to look into this further for you.
