Once you have created your Gmail signature, try to compose a new email to check if your email signature is displaying fine in the email body.
Common troubleshooting:
- There might sometimes be issues with the signature appearing in plain text and no pictures are being displayed. To solve this issue, simply click on the 3 dots (as shown below) in the new composed email and uncheck the Show in plain text:
- Make sure the correct email address is chosen from the drop down when composing a new email. Now try composing a new email and the signature will appear with all the visuals as shown (Make sure the correct email address is chosen from the drop down when composing a new email.):
- Users will not be able to click on any links on your signature when they are in the email composing section. The links becomes active once the email is sent out to the recipients.
