Website Going to Parallels Hsphere

If you are receiving any variation of the below screenshot:

The most common reason is that your website doesn't have a chosen template yet, to do so follow these steps:

 

  • To resolve the issue, the first step is to login to the Intranet and go to your website editor:

 

 

  • Next select "Website Templates":

 

 

  • Then select a template of your choosing, there is no need to save the chosen template setting on this page. Your website should update within 10 seconds or so, if it is still showing the error page please submit a ticket via the Support Portal.
