Please see below the step by step instructions on creating a script to send out.
- Go to the media centre
- click on message template
- In the subject line type in your subject
- highlight where it says type your message here and type in what it says in your attachment
- If you want to add a photo you must first add it into the media centre in images
- Put your cursor where you want to add the photo in the script
- Click on the image icon
- Click on browse (it will take you to your image library)
- Click on the photo you want
- Click on okay – your photo will now be added to the script
- If you want to link something, type in what you want to link or click here to watch etc.
- Click on the hyperlink icon
- Copy and paste or type in the web address
- Click on okay
- Now continue editing your script and when done
- click on save as
- rename it what you want (do not leave it as message template)
- click on save
- Now go to the message centre
- Click on send message
- choose immediately
- choose the list you want to send it to ( I would suggest sending a test to your email first so you can see how it is received)
- choose the script that you just created (this will bring it up into the body and all other information will fill in when you send it)
- click on send
- you will get a message processing box
- when it has sent successfully you will see email sent successfully in bright green across the top
To send something out you can send it as an attachment:
- Go to the media centre
- Click on literature
- click on add literature
- name your literature
- browse to pull in the file
- Click on add
- go to the message centre
- click on send message
- choose immediately
- choose the list you want to send to
- choose the message template
- type in your subject
- highlight type your message here and put in what you want to say to your clients (all other information will pull in when it sends)
- At the bottom click on the literature that you added into your media centre
- click on send
- you will get a message processing box
- when it has sent successfully you will see email sent successfully in bright green across the top
