If your iPhone won't delete emails then you likely need to change some settings for your email account. Follow the steps below to do so:
- Go to "Settings":
- Scroll down and click on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars":
- Click on your Dominion Lending email account, then scroll down and click "Advanced":
- Now scroll to the bottom, you should see "IMAP Path Prefix" click on it and enter "INBOX" in all capital letters into the field provided, then press "Advanced" in the top left corner to go back to Advanced.
- Then make sure your deletion settings in the red boxes below are the same as shown, then click back, and Save in the top right:
You should now be able to delete messages from your phone, you may have to double click the "Home" button to open up the application window and swipe up on the mail app to close it, then re-open it so it can apply the new settings.
