Begin by logging into the Intranet then click on "My Account" > select the "Email" tab > Click on the "Email Forward" option > Enter your forward to email > Click on "Agree" then Save and Update.
When this forwarding is activated, it will discard all copies of emails from your DLC mailbox after they are forwarded. This is so you do not run into mailbox quota issues. If you'd like to have your emails forwarded in a way that a copy is retained in your DLC mailbox as well, please create a support ticket and we can set that up for you.
