I Forgot My Client Manager Username and/or Password

a) Go to the alternative Client Manager login site at https://nexa.incontact.ca/Nexa/login.html. Click on “Forgot User Name”, then click on “Forgot Password”.

You can also call or email support and they will email you your password for the account, 1-866-290-6067, hit 1 and then 1 again, or email support@incontact.ca.
