Sending a Client Experience

To send a Client Experience click Add in the top left corner and select Client Experience.

 

Once there you will want to select a borrower to send it to, you can either select one from your contact list

 

 

OR manually type in the name and email of the client.

 

 

Click add borrower once you’ve found or added the details. You are able to add multiple borrowers to a request.

 

Now you click next and select which Experience template you want to send.

From here you can make a change to the email subject line the body of the email or add an attachment if you need to.

 

Click Next: Conditions and Documents, from here you can toggle smart rules on or off as well as remove or add conditions groups.

 

You can also individually conditions if need be.

 

Click send and you the window will shut, and you will get a green notification in the top right indicating you successfully sent a client experience.

 

 

If there is anything missing, you will get an orange validation error box.
