You can add up to seven mortgage requests to a single deal, submitting to various lenders.
- Under the Mortgage Request Section in your deal click the green Add button.
- Another mortgage request will pop up and you can fill it out accordingly.
- Click the star button (see image below) next to the new mortgage request you’re working on in order to ensure that the one that you want to submit is listed as the Primary.
- When you have multiple Mortgage Requests they will be listed off in order.
- Continue with the mortgage request as normal and submit to the lender whenever you’re ready.
Velocity 3
- Under the Mortgage Request Section in your deal click the green ‘Add Mortgage Request’ button.
- If you have multiple mortgage requests, make sure to select the checkbox next to the primary request. This ensures that the correct one is marked as the primary submission.
- When you have multiple Mortgage Requests they will be listed off in order.
- After confirming the primary mortgage request, proceed as usual and submit it to the lender.
