To cancel a deal, scroll down to the bottom of mortgage request (make sure to be on the correct mortgage request section and select the red Cancel button.
Un-Cancel
Click on the date stamp in the button and select clear to revert the status

To cancel a deal navigate to the appropriate mortgage request section.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the red 'Cancel Button'
Once the deal has been cancelled, a red 'Cancelled' label will appear next to the deal number. This confirms that the deal has been successfully cancelled.
To un-cancel or revert a cancellation, click on the date stamp indicating when the deal was cancelled. Then, select the green 'Restore' button. Once successful, the deal status will update to 'New'.
