I sent you a spreadsheet last quarter - do I have to send you another one? Can't you just use the I sent you last time?

We need a fresh spreadsheet for each quarterly magazine. Names are added and deleted; the personalized message may be changed; the new spreadsheet may ask for more or different information; etc.
