How do I add my email signature to Apple Mail (iPhone)?

To add a generated HTML signature please take the following steps:

  • STEP 1:Click Copy as Select button on the email signature tool to store a copy of your email signature.

  • STEP 2: Go to iPhone settings > Mail > Signature > press and hold down until the context menu appears, and select Paste.

Please Note: After you have pasted the email signature into the editor, you will notice that it lost its original formatting and has been slightly altered. This is because your iPhone automatically added its own coding to the HTML source of the signature.

  • STEP 3: Shake your iPhone to trigger the Undo Change Attributes context menu and select Undo. This will remove additional undesired formatting introduced by your iPhone.
