Unified Broker Directory: We’re building a unified directory of every broker associated with DLCG. This makes transferring a broker from one network to another seamless.
Agent Onboarding and Offboarding: If you’re a franchise owner, you’ll eventually be able to onboard and offboard your agents directly in BrokerBridge.
Beyond these, we’ve divided BrokerBridge into eight spokes:
- Reporting and Performance: Production reporting, financial reporting, and the live Leaderboard
- Connect Payroll and Payments: Commission statements, expense management, compliance holds, and adjustments
- Marketing and Media: Marketing assets, campaign materials, and merchandise
- Operations and Support: Support ticketing, knowledge base, and operations assistance
- External Integrations: Credit bureaus, lenders, insurance partners, calculators, and compliance vendors
- AI and Intelligence: Predictive insights, automated reporting and alerts, and an AI chatbot
- Training and Compliance: AML training, compliance certification, and the video and learning library
- Websites and Digital Presence: National, franchise, and agent websites, plus lead routing
While we’re still building most of these tools, Leaderboard is live today. You can use it to review your funded volume and see where you stand.
