I’m not a franchise owner, but I’m the principal broker in my franchise. Which BrokerBridge account will I get?

As a principal broker, you play a key role in your franchise. You oversee its brokerage activities and help keep it running well, and BrokerBridge is built to support that work.

How BrokerBridge assigns accounts

BrokerBridge assigns account types based on franchise ownership, not on title or responsibility. If you’re a principal broker who doesn’t own the franchise, you’ll get a franchise staff account.

A staff account gives you the same access as your franchise owner, with one exception: you can view your franchise owner’s personal profile, but you can’t edit it. Everything else works exactly the same, so you can review and maintain your franchise’s information just as your owner can.

If you’re both the principal broker and a franchise owner, you’ll already have a franchise owner account.

How to get your account set up

Your franchise owner needs to authorize your account. Ask them to email brokerbridge-support@dlcg.ca with your first name, last name, and email address, and we’ll send you an invitation.

For how-to questions, email brokerbridge-training@dlcg.ca.
