Usually within two weeks. We manually upload data from the legacy intranets to BrokerBridge every two weeks, typically in the middle and at the end of the month.
Due to technical reasons, this schedule can sometimes change. Your new agent will appear in BrokerBridge after the next upload following their onboarding. The same applies to agents you offboard.
Do I need to do anything extra?
No. You don’t have to do anything in addition to your usual onboarding and offboarding process on your legacy intranet.
