Franchise owners
If you’re a franchise owner, your staff members can complete steps 3, 4, and 5 for you: reviewing your franchise profile, team structure, and agents. You’ll still need to complete steps 1 and 2 yourself, since they’re about your personal profile and your access to the Documents section.
Staff members, team leaders, and agents
If you’re a franchise staff member, team leader, or agent, you’ll need to complete your checklist yourself. Your checklist is about your own information, so no one else can review it on your behalf.
The good news is that your checklist is shorter than a franchise owner’s, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. If you have any questions along the way, our training team is happy to help.
