No. As a team leader, you can only see your own team and its agents. Other teams in your franchise, along with their agents and funded volume, stay private to them.
Who can see what in BrokerBridge
BrokerBridge shows each person only the information that belongs to them:
- Head office can see every franchise owner, staff member, team leader, and agent, including their profile, franchise, and funded volume.
- Franchise owners can see their own franchise, its teams, and its agents.
- Franchise staff members can see the same as their franchise owner.
- Team leaders can see their own team and its agents.
- Agents can see only themselves.
This keeps your information private and makes sure everyone sees what’s relevant to their role.
